NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipped orders for our local, interstate and overseas customers will continue to be dispatched during our new lockdown.
As always we will be doing our very best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however our staff numbers are reduced so orders may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience during this challenging time.
HALLAM STORE PICKUP
From 6th August due to the Stage 4 restrictions in Metropolitan Victoria our COVID-SAFE workplace measures will come into effect.
For the term of the lockdown we can only provide contactless pickup for our HALLAM branch. Taking orders and processing payments at our Trade Counter will NOT be an option. Please place your orders by calling 03 9703 1522 or emailing [email protected], and pre-pay if you are not on account. Orders are to be collected from our loading bay.
Please note, pickups will be available during our regular opening hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm.
BENDIGO STORE COUNTER SALES
For our regional customers, please note that our Bendigo Store is under Stage 3 restrictions. We can take trade counter orders but recommend phone orders if possible. Contactless payment will be the only option available. No cash payments. Please adhere to the rules of the restrictions which include,
- Maintaining 1.5m social distancing
- Wearing a face mask
We are maintaining our regular opening hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm.
